We are based in Chester and currently serve the whole of Cheshire, Wirral, Merseyside and North Wales. We specialise in the private client market, with particular experience in Personal Injury, Matrimonial, Housing and Childcare cases. We have further extensive experience in protracted cases involving the Commercial sector.

Our most recent graduate trainees are now committed to the forthcoming ALCD course starting in September 2010 providing a formal framework in which to further develop their skills.
Caesium continues in an exciting period of growth and development and we’ve recently added to our team by recruiting Frances Randall to oversee our administrative and accounting functions.
Our continued expansion now requires the appointment of an EXPERIENCED LAW COST DRAFTSMAN & NEGOTIATOR, to work in our Chester office.
Profile: Minimum 3 years experience, strong work ethic, client focused, ambitious, ability to work to tight deadlines, a team player.
Role: Deal with solicitors files across a wide range of disciplines. Particular experience in personal injury, matrimonial, civil litigation & industrial disease will be required. Prepare costs claims for submission to opposing solicitors and the courts, prepare Points of Dispute and Replies, negotiate settlements, assist with training new staff.
